Air Force Special Operations Command's top enlisted leader visited May 23-24, 2017, the 352nd Special Operations Wing here.

During the second day of his visit, Chief Master Sgt. Gregory Smith spoke to Airmen at an all-call and toured various units within the wing.

The AFSOC command chief addressed various topics, such as all-tier career progression, resiliency, the enlisted performance report, structural changes within the command and the impact readiness. He emphasized the significance of the wing's mission and underlined the importance of taking care of the Airmen.

“I ask you to look to your left and look to your right,” said Smith. “Identify your wingman, your friends, and reach out to those that need a helping hand. There is no greater family than those you see here – you are my family and I am yours. You are the Air Forces greatest asset, so invest in each other.”
