A Bronze Star Medal was awarded to three Air Commandos from the 352d Special Operations Wing at a ceremony June 27, 2017, on RAF Mildenhall, England.

The Medal is awarded to any person who, after December 6, 1941, while serving in any capacity with the Armed Forces of the United States, distinguishes himself or herself by heroic or meritorious achievement or service, not involving participation in aerial flight.

U.S. Air Force Capt. Anthony Chiaro, U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Joshua Kirby, and U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Clinton Kennedy, all from the 321st Special Tactics Squadron, exhibited meritorious service during combat operations, thus earning the Bronze Star Medal.
