As Lt. Gen. Brad Heithold, commander Air Force Special Operations Command, prepares to leave the command, he took time to share some final thoughts. AFSOC Public Affairs will be sharing these videos in a six part series.

Video one focuses on his top three accomplishments during his time here.

First and foremost he wanted to establish the command’s four priorities that the entire enterprise focuses on. Secondly, it was important to work on the culture of our leadership. AFSOC has defined the servant leadership style they want versus the toxic leadership they don’t want. Lastly, it took a focus on ridding all toxic elements to create the right environment for Airmen and their families to thrive.
