Hurlburt Field honors Operation Bahamas, Antilles and Turks

Members of the Hurlburt Field Honor Guard present the colors at a memorial plaque unveiling ceremony at Hurlburt Field, Fla., Oct. 14, 2017. A plaque was dedicated to the three Air Commandos who died in the Jan. 9, 1984, 44 Alpha crash during Operation Bahamas, Antilles and Turks. The 20th Special Operations Squadron played a key role out of Hurlburt Field in OPBAT as part of Vice President George H.W. Bush’s south Florida Drug Enforcement Task Force.
