Retired Col. Billy "Rusty" Napier was enshrined April 20, 2016, in the U.S. Special Operations Command Commando Hall of Fame. Napier spent 42 years in special operations as an Air Force officer or in corporate capacities. He is a noted Air Commando for his days flying AC-119 gunships and leading an AC-130H sortie into the Operation Just Cause invasion of Panama.
