Qalat Radio Station opening

U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Justin Kraft, commander of the Zabul Provincial Reconstruction Team, and Bismullah Lodin, a radio station official, read the plaque dedicated in memory U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. John Darin Loftis, who died Feb. 25, 2012 from wounds received during an attack in Kabul. Loftis was a former member of Z PRT and instrumental in the development of the new radio station in Zabul Province.
