AFSOC welcomes "Draco" to the fleet
The U-28A community made history on May 13, 2019, when the aircraft name “Draco” was officially approved. The Draco is the premier intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft for Air Force Special Operations Command. The aircraft has been called Draco since its first combat deployment in 2006, but official approval of the official name has been in progress for more than 13 years.
