Hurlburt Field, Fla. --  Air Force Special Operations Command announced its 2011 Financial Management and Comptroller Annual Awards winners Dec. 1.

The winners at the installation level are:

Financial Management Officer of the Year: 2nd Lt. Elizabeth Mitchell, 352 Special Operations Group Financial Management, Royal Air Force Mildenhall, U.K.

Financial Analysis Civilian of the Year: Damon Purifoy, 1 Special Operations Comptroller Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fla.

Financial Management Senior Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Master Sgt. Julio Nimbley, 1 Special Operations Comptroller Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fla.

Financial Management Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Tech. Sgt. Juan Cabrera, 27 Special Operations Comptroller Squadron, Cannon Air Force Base, N.M.

Financial Management Airman of the Year: Senior Airman Alicia Pummill, 1 Special Operations Comptroller Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fla.

Resource Advisor of the Year: Ann House, 1 Special Operations Maintenance Group, Hurlburt Field, Fla.
