Post 9/11 Stop Loss Airmen may receive special pay Published Aug. 23, 2010 Air Force Special Operations Command Public Affairs HURLBURT FIELD, Fla. -- Airmen, veterans, and beneficiaries who were involuntarily extended under Stop Loss between Sept. 11, 2001 and Sept. 30, 2009 are eligible for Retroactive Stop Loss Special Pay RSLSP). If your enlistment was involuntarily extended due to Stop Loss, and you have yet to file a claim for RSLSP, then the last day to file is Oct. 21, 2010.
