Hurlburt Field, Fla., -- Air Force Special Operations Command announced the 2006 communications and information award winners for the command which recognize individuals and teams for excellence and ingenuity in their field.

The AFSOC winners will be submitted for Air Force level awards.

"Our communications and information professionals' achievements are truly noteworthy, and their collective efforts are key to AFSOC's mission success," said Lt. Gen. Mike Wooley, AFSOC commander. "I know they will represent well at the Air Force competition."
