  • By AFSOC Public Affairs

Effective immediately, Air Force Special Operations Command has established an Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) to track and provide support to our family members, military and government civilians seeking assistance affected by the recent aircraft mishap. The EFAC is a consolidated facility that provides supportive services during times of acute need and during emergency situations.

The EFAC will:

  • Be available effective 1 December @ 0900

  • Include representatives from the Chaplain Corp, Public Affairs, Mental Health, Preservation of the Force and Family and several other support agencies

  • Provide services to anyone affected by recent events, to include all Air Commandos and their family members

  • Provide a centralized 24-hour call center, available at 850-884-4494 for those seeking assistance to contact and coordinate information and counseling

AFSOC remains focused on assisting those to include our family members, military and government civilians seeking assistance across the command whose lives have been impacted by recent events.  We encourage anyone who needs help to reach out to the EFAC at 850-884-4494.
