HURLBURT FIELD, Fla. -- A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 10, 2026, for Chief Master Sgt. Anthony Green, previously assigned as the Air Force Special Operations Command Command Chief.
The hearing follows an investigation by the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. As a result of that investigation, charges were preferred against Green on Nov. 13, 2025.
The charges, preferred by Col. Jason Gammons, Chief District Special Trial Counsel, include one specification alleging indecent recording, one specification alleging obstruction of justice and three specifications alleging possession, viewing, and producing child pornography. These alleged actions are in violation of Uniformed Code of Military Justice articles 120c, 131b and 134 respectively.
Green is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at a trial by courts-martial.
