AFSOC’s financial managers gain Air Force- and USSOCOM-level recognition

Members of Air Force Special Operations Command brought home a number of Air Force- and U.S. Special Operations Command-level financial management awards, including the 1st Special Operations Wing’s comptroller squadron, winner of the Air Force’s Major General Alfred K. Flowers Comptroller Organization of the Year and AFSOC financial management, winner of USSOCOM’s Outstanding FM Organization, Headquarters and Component Level for 12 years in a row.

Air Commandos are not only at the forefront of the most combat intensive command in the Air Force, but also well recognized individuals and teams for their skill in financial management.

The following Air Force-level award winners were recognized:
