Air Force Special Operations Command Commander Lt. Gen. Brad Heithold hosted 17 business executives April 7, 2016, to a hands-on orientation of AFSOC's mission April 7, 2016. The group, led by former 16th Special Operations Wing Commander and Air Force Chief of Staff retired Gen. Norton Schwartz, comes from a variety of organizations with interest in national security. They toured training facilities at the 19th Special Operations Squadron, watched an air power demonstration on the Eglin range and flew aboard a CV-22 Osprey.

Tours like this are part of a community relations program designed to enhance morale, public trust, and support and to demonstrate that the Air Force is a community partner and a responsible steward of national resources.
