STO saves N.C. woman

Maj. Francis Damon Friedman, the director of operations at the 21st Special Tactics Squadron, Pope Field, N.C., saved the life of a woman Jan. 29, 2013 when her Toyota Tundra veered off the road into a tree-lined ditch.
