Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz and combat controllers from the 22nd Special Tactics Squadron take a moment to recognize Col. (ret.) Joe Jackson, a special guest at an April 29 medal ceremony honoring the Airmen at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Wash. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz visited the base to present 13 medals to 11 combat ontrollers.
