CLARK AIR BASE, Philippines -- A jumpmaster from the Philippine Air Force counts parachutes opening after a static-line personnel drop from a 17th Special Operations Squadron MC-130P Combat Shadow here June 19. About 90 members from the 353rd Special Operations Group trained with the Philippine Air Force June 15-26 during Teak Piston 09-2, a training exchange designed to enhance U.S and Philippine military training, capabilities and increase interoperability.
