Gunny feels the heat

R. Lee Ermey, host of the Mail Call military technology show, watches the effects of a molotov cocktail thrown by Lt Col Gary Reynolds, USAF Special Operations School instructor, during a weapons demonstration by the cadre of Dynamics in Terrorism at Hurlburt Field, Fla.. "Gunny" Ermey toured the USAF Special Operations School during his recent visit here for an upcoming episode of the show focusing on Air Force Special Operations Command. During his visit he sat in on a Middle Eastern Orientation class, watched a demonstration on vehicle search techniques, received a breifing on weapons used by terrorists around the world and fired an Israeli Galil and a Styer-aug. "Gunny" Ermey, a retired Marine, is well known both for hosting the show and for his role as a tough-as-nails drill instructor in the film "Full Metal Jacket."
