RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Senior Airman Arthur Zingler, a 38th Rescue Squadron pararescueman, watches an Air Force Special Operations Command HC-130P refuel an HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopters in the skies over southern Louisiana.
