KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Col. David Mullins, the 353rd Special Operations Group commander, and Capt. Zak Blom, a 17th Special Operations Squadron pilot, line up a MC-130P Combat Shadow behind another MC-130P during a formation, low-level training mission here March 2.
