KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- Maintenance personnel from the 353rd Maintenance Squadron hustle to complete a post-flight maintenance inspection on a 1st Special Operations Squadron MC-130H Combat Talon II Jan. 14. The 1st SOS conducted a training mission with Marines from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit Detachment 18. Crews from the 1st SOS constantly train with U.S. and allied forces to hone their capabilities to infiltrate, exfiltrate and resupply forces in austere, denied or hostile territory.
