CANNON AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- Tech. Sgt. Anthony Proctor, a 27th Special Operations Support Squadron Survival Evasion Resistance Escape program instructor, demonstrates the first three of five phases of evasion during Code of Conduct Continuation Training.
