KADENA AIR BASE, Japan -- A Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape, or SERE, specialist assigned to the 353rd Operations Support Squadron and a member of the 320th Special Tactics Squadron prepare to drop four airmen playing survivors of a simulated aircraft accident into the water during a training exercise here Dec. 2. Pararescuemen and combat controllers from the 320th STS jumped from a MC-130H Combat Talon II to search for, and recover, the survivors.
