A “352 SOG Tough Mudders” team member falls into water while attempting to complete an obstacle at the Tough Mudde U.K. Southwest 2013 event Sept. 21, 2013, at Crickhowell, Wales. The last MC-130P Combat Shadow assigned to the 67th Special Operations Squadron departs RAF Mildenhall, England, Feb. 3, for the last time while assigned to the 352nd Special Operations Group. The MC-130P, tail number 66-0215, is the last of its kind to leave the European theater. The exercise was designed to allow the 352nd Special Operations Group to practice and evaluate their ability to efficiently forward deploy the 352nd SOG’s newest assets, the CV-22 Osprey and MC-130J Commando II. The MC-130J flies low-visibility, single or multi-ship low-level air refueling missions for helicopters and tilt-rotor aircraft as well as resupply and transport of military forces via airdrop or airland.
