AFSOC in two words: Humble Competence

U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Brad Webb, commander of Air Force Special Operations Command, and Chief Master Sgt. Gregory Smith, then command chief of AFSOC, are pictured with Valerie Nessel, widow of Medal of Honor recipient U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. John Chapman, a Special Tactics combat controller who was killed in action.
