AFSOC leadership picks Spark Tank Competition semi-finalists

U.S. Air Force Lt. Gen. Jim Slife, commander of Air Force Special Operations Command, virtually presents an AFSOC Spark Tank 2020 winner trophy to U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Richard Winkelbach, 27th Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron pavements and construction equipment apprentice at Hurlburt Field, Florida, Oct. 17, 2019. The 27th SOCES presented a joint sealant removal tool idea for the competition. Winkelbach briefed Slife and other key AFSOC leadership about the capabilities of the tool and how he and his fellow Airmen developed it.
