Keesler honors fallen in Special Tactics Memorial March

Airmen and volunteers light fires and line the street with flags in a show of support for a team of Special Tactics Airmen ruck marching through Biloxi, Mississippi March 1, 2019. Twenty Special Tactics Airmen ruck from Medina Annex at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, to Hurlburt Field, Florida, to pay tribute to Staff Sgt. Dylan J. Elchin, who was killed in Afghanistan on Nov. 27, 2018, and 19 other Special Tactics Airmen who have been killed in action since 9/11. More than 40 Airmen from Keesler joined the team for the portion of the march that passed through Biloxi. The ruck march takes ST members across five states and 830 miles.
