Emerald Warrior proves AFSOC's agile combat readiness
U.S. Air Force MC-130J Commando II assigned to Air Force Special Operations Command taxis on an airfield in California during Emerald Warrior 25.2, July 30, 2025. The MC-130J is a clandestine, low-visibility, infiltration, exfiltration and resupply aircraft. It provides support through airdrop, airland and air refueling missions for special operations helicopters and tiltrotor aircraft, in sensitive or hostile territories.
