    Fallen Special Tactics officer to receive Silver Star medal

    The nation's third highest combat decoration will be presented June 1 at Hurlburt Field to the family of Capt. Matthew R. Roland, a Special Tactics officer who was assigned to the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron when he was killed in action in 2015.
