    Retired Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey Bray was laid to rest Dec. 30, 2016, in Arlington National Cemetery. Bray was a decorated Special Tactics combat controller who helped define how ST operated in urban warfare during 1993 operations in Mogadishu, Somalia.
